RAC Breaks the Record on The Merribrook Da Vinci Team Code

Working with teams week in and week out is a very interesting proffession, Merribrook sees thousands of participants over the course of a year, and sometimes a very motivated group will stand out from the rest. In terms of raw ability teams can vary however great teams are truly measured by their motivation and drive to succeed in team building challenges.

Just in this last year we have had over 1000 participants on the Merribrook Da Vinci Team Code, generally broken into teams of around 10, so thats 100 teams doing a specific event in the past 12 months and 2 teams of 8 from the RAC last Thursday were the top 2. No doubt healthy competition and ability had something to do with the result, but from the moment they arrived they were ready to roll!

What teams and managers looking to organise a teambuilding event or session can take from this record breaking effort is that the team needs to be fired up in a positive way and ready to go before your teambuilding even begins. Teams looking forward to a day with Merribrook will get more out of it than those who dread any type of PD day such as a teambuilding exercise. This attitude essentially comes from the top down in all teams.
