Wow what a busy time of year (for us and everyone no doubt!)

So far the number one program for the last two months has been Championship Teams, a facilitated team devlopment course which has been delivered everywhere from Margaret River to a winery venue in the Swan Valley.
Championship Teams is perfect for those teams who wish to go the next step in their communication or for those who realy need to build on trust and out of work relationships.
The exciting Merribrook Da Vinci Team Code a Team Motivational and Incentive Event, has also been very popular with the record being broken late May by the Rac (see previous post for the details on their success). This overall is our number one event and having created it from scratch oursleves we can say we have the exclusive in WA!

Currently we are designing a leadership course in Exmouth over August plus three brand new programs which will be due for release in the coming months, stay tuned to the Team Buzz for more on these exciting events for 2008/ 2009 which looks to be Merribrook Corporate’s busiest yet!

Recent feedback we have recieved from June and July this year:

Dear Lorraine, Richard, Mick, Tina and Mike

A big thank you to the “Merribrook Team” for a fantastic learning experience during our recent DAFWA Dairy and Beef Team training program at Merribrook.

I use the words “Merribrook Team” as you guys certainly practice what you teach! Your professional team approach was evident right from the start of our booking enquiry with Tina providing excellent service and feedback. Then we arrived to a glorious facility and very welcoming smiles from all at Merribrook.

Your introduction to team development was highly effective Richard and set the scene for our DAFWA guys to be prepared to step out of their comfort zone in the knowledge that their team mates would support them.

Can’t forget the excellent Merribrook food…..delicious and wholesome, just what was needed for enthusiastic and active team participants (please thank your Chef for us)

The Safari Challenge is a credit to you guys. Both the course and its activities are in harmony with your incredible block of paradise. The encouragement of Richard, Mick and Mike no doubt contributed to our three DAFWA teams scoring very high course scores (who says winning isn’t important!).

It was great catching up with you again Lorraine – you are the perfect hostess. Many of our team members have commented to me how welcoming you were and appreciated your genuine interest in them.

After a fantastic evening – great food, great (too much?) wine, plenty of “bonding” and some open and frank team discussions we surfaced for a hearty breakfast before heading to what I knew would be one of the highlights of our training – the abseiling.

This was where Mick came into his own as his obvious passion for this experience and his enjoyment at helping others experience this thrilling and challenging activity (thanks Mick, we will be back!). It was great to see every team member challenge themselves with this activity supported by their team mates.

We will be recommending your facilities and training program to our colleagues and friends. My only problem is how I improve on our training experience for next year!

Warmest regards

The day was totally enjoyable and everyone had a great time. We thank you and your staff for everything. A big thanks to Angus and Mike for putting up with our “crazy” antics and thought processes – but no doubt they are use to it!!!
Thank you again and will promote Merribrook to others where possible. Regards
