Merribrook’s Raft Building, Team Building Programme is a true test of your team’s abilities.
Designed to be a ½ day of fun, teams first compete on a series of land loving team building challenges and team games, earning points along the way. With a range of team building activities customised to your specific objectives, this raft building session caters for every member of your team.
Teams are then given strategic planning time to create a raft design and identify their preferred equipment. A facilitated auction commences with teams purchasing materials using their earned points.
Once the teams have secured their supplies each team must use their equipment to build their own raft. Safety, seaworthiness and speed are essential. Following construction all teams will compete in the finale.
Whether, racing from the beach around a buoy and back again or providing encouragement and support from the shore line this race always presents a barrel of laughs.
