Future Leaders Need Training!
A facilitated course aimed at the next generation of business leaders and how they can go about influencing others whilst instilling their companies values and vision. This combines outdoor problem solving challenges designed to highlight leadership roles and expectations of leaders. The indoor component provides the theory behind leadership, giving future leaders a base of knowledge as well as a customised workbook to take home from the day for future reference.
